What the?
Well I did weigh in today and wait for it I lost 1.8kg wahoo. I believe this was possible from all the exercise I have been sticking to. I think it has sped up my metabolism. I was so excited but also aware that once I reach goal or finish the Duathlon and therefore don’t train so hard I could put some back on. Which I don’t want. So will keep this thought in my mind to hopefully give me a reality check every now and then.
Today was a Turbo Jam day and I was ready for a new session and maybe a little more of a challenge. But was I ready for what I was served. No way. It started with a warm up which was pretty much at the full rate of what I had been doing and then it happened, the pace went extreme. What the! anyway I did my best to keep up but it was full on and at the speed of some great techno piece of music. Well 20 mins of sweat is definetly going help with the weight loss lol.
I am at the computer just trying to cool down.
Well I better get dressed as have to take Dayna to the Doctor as she has a sore ear and was up a good portion of the night or wriggling in our bed so sleep was not on the cards for me or Martin.
Luckily some friends can pick Isaiah up from Kindy and have even offered for him to have a play at their house, so that is awesome.
Tomorrow is a 20min cycle so hopefully those Spring days come back.
