Can I do it? Yes I can!

Life here is crazy.

One child is tired from the sleepover as talked till 9pm and the other from a traumatic day.

Due to circumstances eating wasn’t the best as food at bad times which meant hunger at wrong times and grabbing bits on the run.  I did take a healthy breakfast mind you but the other meals weren’t the best choices.

Anyway got to hassle the kids so all up 23.5points for food so 1.5points over and no exercise today and it was a rest day so not too worried about that.
