So today is close to over and I am about to clean my teeth to help me not have treats tonight.

I got up and had a glass of water and then did 20mins intense session of Turbo Jam followed by another glass of water.  I have had another 4 glasses over the day and will have one more tonight.

I am following the Weight Watchers (WW) points plans and have all the books to help so below is how I have done.  I am allowed 22 points per day of food.  You can save some points and exercise points can be used for food.

Breakfast – 40g Light n Tasty, 1/2 cup trim milk, 1/2 glass OJ = 3.5points

Morning Tea (MT) – 2 x choc coins & banana = 2 points

Lunch – 2 x sandwich slice of wholemeal bread, 1/2 tsp WW marg, 2 x eggs = 5.5points

Afternoon Tea (AT)- 3 x dried apricots, 3 x dried prunes, ice block = 2points

Dinner – 120g pasta, 100g mince w/onion & pasta sauce, 30g Edam cheese, 1TBSP lite Sour Cream = 9points

Total 22points

Turbo Jam gave me 3 bonus points.  Walk gave me 2.5 bonus points.

Well today the morning just came and went so after lunch we decided to make the most of the day as the gray clouds had gone.  We got the kids on their bikes and to bike down to the park.  They got there and played for a while and went on the little kids train around the park.  We then headed home.  Isaiah and Dayna made it home again with help, some of the way walking.  But all up the trip is 3km.  I know this from Mapping it for my run.

I am so proud of them as it is a long way for a 4 yrand 3yr old.  We got back home and had a well deserved ice block.  Hopefully we haven’t scarred them for life and they won’t ride their bikes again. lol.

You have become so disciplined and it is definitely paying off. I know initially you will get tired when trying to juggle all the different start/finish times of everyone’s day, but once you get into the routine you’ll cope well, I’m sure. Well done with all your achievements – as always, I’m proud of you.
