Time for change
Ok. I need to change a few things and need to sort my head out for 2009.
I have a few things I am uncertain about and need to make BIG decisions on, to make the best call for me and the family.
Isaiah starts school but my work hours may collide with my new entrant. It would be fine once he is established in school but that first we while scares me.
In saying that I am keen to do more hours but that will mean more rushing round to get everyone dropped at their scheduled place in the early morning and would also require me to drop Mainly Music where I am a leader. Dayna won’t be going this year so I don’t know what I think of doing it without her either. Also what are my reasons for doing it. I may have the wrong focus.
I am also wanting to read more and that includes self help type books eg. Raising Great Boys and Raising Great Girls. Nothing to hippie.
One other thing is where I find my accountability and I have decided to lean on you the public more. So from now on I will post my daily food diary and exercise regime for each day.
To start I will say my weight from today.
98.4 /82.8 /60 (start weight/ current weight/ goal weight) next week I will also add the last weeks weight.
This week is also our slow progression into routines again as next week the kids go back to kindy and Martin has to make appearances in at work everyday. I need to start getting Isaiah at kindy right on opening as will need to do that once he starts school as Dayna will be taking his kindy spot at mornings. So our schedule will be something like
6.00 – 7.00 Bee go to gym 7.30 Martin leaves for work 8.15 Dayna starts kindy 8.30 Isaiah dropped at school 9.00 Bee starts work.
We are also going to be stricter on the kids bedtime as they will be needing more sleeptime with their new environments being more of a learning environment.
I forgot one change we have already made is Dayna no longer goes to day-care as she will be starting morning kindy and we were away and she has her three hospital visits this week which clashed with day-care so we pulled her out. 4 years we used them so quite a big thing for me anyway.
Dayna has her pre-op consultation on Tuesday at 1.30pm and Wednesday 1.00pm is her hearing aid check up and possibly increasing the volume and Friday 7.30am she needs to check in for her operation.
So heaps happening mentally as well as on the calendar.
I will be back tonight with my diary. By the way I have already had 2 glasses of water and 20min Turbo Jam session.

Wow, you’ve lost heaps of weight already. Well done.
Lots of changes coming up. I’m sure you’ll figure out what’s the best way to tackle them all and will soon be into the new routines.
