I was a good girl
Well you know about my run today. This afternoon while the kids played outside Martin and I striped a book case and tonight I painted it. It is now White and Black. It is in the entrance way and has Martin’s educational books on it (well will do once the paint dries) I have a cabinet with my craft stuff in it which I painted a year ago and it is White and Black so now they match.
Today I ate well, kind of I had a treat but fitted into the whole points structure. I think my hormones are crying out for chocolate as I have really been craving it.
Breakfast – 40g Light n Tasty, 1/2 trim milk, 1/2 glass OJ = 3.5points
MT – Banana = 1point
Lunch – Ham & salad sandwich includes 1TBSP Lite Mayo and 1TBSP Chutney = 3.5points
AT – Chocolate = 3.5points
Dinner – Sloppy Joes – Burger Bun, luncheon x 2, 1/4 tin Baked Beans, 40g cheese = 9.5points.
BTW 7 glasses water today
Food total = 21 points yay saved 1point
30minute run = 4 bonus points
Right off to bed as up early to wake, shower and dress Dayna ready for her operation. Isaiah is at a sleep over as easier for them than an early morning drop off.

At least you were able to have your chocolate. Not sure what you call dinner, but it’s not Sloppy Joes. SJ’s are made with mince and lots of tomato sauce to give it that sloppy consistency. I know what it is you had for dinner but I don’t think it ever had a name.
Hope things are working out to plan this morning. I know you will be ultra organised.

I’m with Anita. We (well I guess that means me) were taught how to make Sloppy Joes by I think it was Kim? An American girl we hosted in Timaru. Yes, a sloppy mince mixture. And also as Anita said – I don’t think the other has a name. Just hamburger buns with luncheon, baked beans and grated cheese on top and then grilled.

I remember the real Sloppy Joe and I know it is not the official name for these but we call them that. So does Randall as I checked what he called them when he was here.
It’s all semantics whatever they are called they used 9.5points. lol Shame really as they are yummy and easy to make.
